Any purchase order for a product appearing in the online shop of the CRU VEGAN NUTRITION website presupposes the prior consultation of the general conditions of sale and their acceptance.
Article 1: Entirety
These general terms and conditions express the full obligations of the parties. In this sense, the customer is deemed to accept fully the provisions laid down in these general conditions of sale. No general or specific conditions contained in the documents sent or delivered by the customer may be included in the present, since these documents would be incompatible with these general terms.
Article 2: Entry into force-duration
These general terms and conditions come into force on the date of signature of the purchase order. These general conditions are concluded for the duration necessary for the supply of the goods and services subscribed, until the expiry of the guarantees due by the company CRU VEGAN NUTRITION.
Article 3: Product information

Article 4: Prices and taxes
Prices are shown on the website in euros. They are understood to be any tax included and free of preparation and shipping costs.
Any change in the VAT rate will result in an impact on the price of the products.
VAT is only applicable to the countries of the European Union.
Non European countries can order but must pay the customs or additional taxes depending on their country’s legislation. These charges will be the exclusive responsibility of the customer, and by placing order, he agrees to pay them in full.
Article 5: Invoicing in HT (without VAT) for deliveries to OVERSEAS and Switzerland
For orders destined for Overseas and Switzerland (export territories), we do not charge VAT. To benefit from it, you only need to inform your country of residence when registering your details. So your shopping cart will be automatically updated with HT prices.

Article 7: Method of payment

CRU VEGAN NUTRITION reserves the right not to honor any order whose payment has been refused or partially paid, as well as to customers with whom there is already a litigation history.
CRU VEGAN NUTRITION may require the return of the products purchased, at the customer’s expense, if the payment is rejected for any reason after the shipment of the products.
All deliveries are the property of Cru Vegan Nutrition until the full payment of the invoice. If instalment payments are granted, the customer will become the owner of the merchandise when the invoice has been paid in full.
Article 8: Shipping costs, shipping delays and delivery times
The carriers used for the delivery of the parcels are:
-La Poste (Colissimo home and pick-up locations)
CRU VEGAN NUTRITION will not be held responsible for an extension of delivery times (disturbances, strikes of postal services or carriers, natural disasters…).
Article 9: Delivery Modalities
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when registering the order. Upon receipt of the order and at the latest the next business day, the customer is required to check the status of the content. In case of deterioration or anomaly of the contents, it is required to report it as soon as possible, either by email to contact@vegetalien.top or by phone 0033 7 69 11 15 71 to customer service.
The customer agrees to provide accurate postal contact information to facilitate delivery.
CRU VEGAN NUTRITION will not be held responsible in case of problems of delivery (contact errors, errors made by the carrier).
In case of non-withdrawal of the parcel within the time indicated, the costs of return of the parcel will be the exclusive responsibility of the customer.
Article 10: Right of withdrawal, return and refund
The customer has a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt of the order.
Just make contact with the customer service by email or phone which will tell you the procedure to follow.
Then you can return, at your expense, the products that you do not wish to keep (unused and in their original packaging intact) at the following address: CRU VEGAN NUTRITION, 4 rue de Roux, 13004 Marseille, FRANCE.
Any perishable or non-returnable goods for food safety reasons may not be returned. Most of the cosmetics sold on the site do not have a safety cap, so they will not be able to be returned for hygiene matters.
The risks associated with the return of the products are the exclusive responsibility of the customer.
For orders paid by CB, PayPal or Stripe, the refund will be directly credited to CB, PayPal or Stripe.
For orders paid by cheque, transfer or money order, the refund will be made by cheque.
Article 11: Product Guarantee
In accordance with article 4 of Decree No. 78-464 of March 24, 1978, the provisions of the present cannot deprive the customer of the legal guarantee which obliges the professional seller to guarantee it against all the consequences of the hidden defects of the thing sold. The customer is expressly informed that CRU VEGAN NUTRITION is not the producer of the products presented on the website, within the meaning of Act No. 98-389 of 19 May 1998 and relating to liability for defective products. During the purchase, the delivery times may vary according to the deadlines for receiving bank wires, customs checks or delays of the carriers. In general, delivery times extend from 7-10 days up to 20 days. Cru Vegan Nutrition cannot be held responsible for the lengthening of any delivery time.
