Kelp is a seaweed that can grow only in mineral rich water and absorbs all nutrients from the sea. Thus kelp is able to concentrate iodine from the sea water. Iodine is an essential component of thyroid glands and can help the thyroid gland to create important thyroid hormones. Kelp can also help detoxify the body.
Thanks to the neutral taste of the noodles, it is possible to use these for many different dishes. Some examples are used by salads, stir-fry dishes, soups, stews or as a substitute for pasta and rice noodles.
The preparation is simple. Remove the noodles from the package, rinse them under the tap and add them to your dish and they are ready to be eaten, cooking is not necessary.
